For all technology related support requests, please submit a request online using https://tuhelp.temple.edu. TUhelp is an online service for creating, updating, and monitoring the status of your support requests.

When making requests via TUhelp, specifying “CLA IT” as the referral consultant will help expedite your request to the attention of CLA IT support staff.

Help in a Classroom

For help in a classroom, press the Help Button located on the podium touch-screen control system.

Pressing the help button will immediately alert Classsrrom Technical Support (CTS) staff. Classrooms across campus are supported by CTS staff who are based out of offices close to the locations they support.

Computer labs located within the College Liberal Arts are directly supported by Liberal Arts Information Technology staff (CLA IT). CLA IT offices are located in the front of the Mazur Hall computer lab in room 21.

The Help Desk

The Help Desk is located on the ground floor of the TECH Center in room 106 of the Bell Building at N. 12th Street and Montgomery Ave.

In addition to TUhelp, the Temple University Help Desk can be reached via email help@temple.edu, telephone 215-204-8000, or live chat by clicking on the green “Chat” button on the TUhelp website. In-person consultations are also available via walk-in during business hours.

When semesters are in-session, the Help Desk is open 24 hours from Sunday at 10:30 AM through Friday at 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours are published on the Help Desk Hours page.
